Grace and Daniel share a common goal for the wine program at the Cass House. They believe that their wine selections should evolve and adapt to the seasons and the changes in Jensen's menu. Their list currently has over 150 selections and has won the Wine Spectator award of excellence.
"We want to provide a list that suprises and excites our local guests with an international selection of unique and hard to find wines, as well as provide the best representation of what our local area has to offer to our out of town guests."
